Requisites

• Minimum of 5+ years of total experience (3+ years in people management).
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience managing online ad operations for a large publisher, ad network, Media Company or advertising agency coupled with technical expertise.
• Strong familiarly with DART preferred, and industry standard knowledge of third party ad serving programs, including behavioral targeting and rich media vendors (Eyeblaster, Pointroll, etc) required.
• Handling DSP, SSP, integration and tracking.
• Traffic management and solving the tech Issue
• Managing a team.

• Minimum of one year experience of working within an established media agency or in-house team as an Analyst / Ad Ops Exec.
• Any Graduate Degree.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Any exposure to the following would be a advantageous: Mediaplex, Eyeblaster, Atlas, RichMedia, SQL, DART (Doubleclick DFA / DFP), Flash.

• Minimum of 3 years of total experience.
• 2+ years relevant work experience managing online ad operations.
• Advanced spreadsheet and database management skills.
• Experience with one or more internet ad serving systems
• Familiar with online advertising, sales, and marketing concepts and metrics.

• 0-1 year of sales (business development) experience in mobile marketing/advertising space;
• Very strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong self-motivation.
• Demonstrate a strong desire and ability to meet sales goals;
• Lead the sales cycle, negotiate and acquire new business relationships with clients;
• Develop relationships with existing clients and secure new budgets with them

• 3+ year experience in the online advertising industry
• Perfect knowledge of the different online pricing models: CPC, CPM, CPA, etc.
• Expertise in monitoring, optimization/management of online advertising campaigns with a proven track record.
• Hands-on attitude and good communicator
• Ability to make decisions with little or no guidance when required.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding and personal interest in online marketing and digital trends.
• Advanced use of Excel, formulas, macros, etc.

• 2+ years’ experience in online advertising within the Planning or similar function
• Passion for digital media and thorough understanding of the online advertising industry from either ad sales or media planning perspective
• Firm understanding of the various ad formats (display, video, mobile, rich media)
• Comprehensive experience with MS Office
• Highly detail-orientated with ability to handle and prioritize many projects at the same time
• Intelligent, outgoing individual with interpersonal skills and work ethic
• Excellent business writing, training, communication, organizational and presentation skills
